- YouTube 채널 정보(사용자 채널 ID 등)
- 특정 YouTube 채널(소나엘 YouTube 채널)에 대한 구독 여부 정보

- 사용자가 소나엘 유튜브 채널을 구독한 경우에만 악보(콘텐츠) 무료 다운로드 허용
- 사용자 인증 및 서비스 이용 여부 확인
수집 방법
- 이용자가 “YouTube 계정으로 로그인” 등 동의 화면을 통해 Google 계정 연동 및 YouTube 구독 정보 조회를 허용한 경우, 필요한 정보에 한해 Google / YouTube API로 조회합니다.
- 동의 화면에서 접근 정보 확인 후 동의/거부를 선택할 수 있습니다.
서버 저장 여부
- Google ID 인증 정보 및 YouTube 구독 정보는 서버에 저장하지 않으며, 콘텐츠 다운로드를 위한 일시 확인 용도로만 사용합니다.
- 서비스 운영·보안·이력 관리를 위해 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 접속 로그(IP, 브라우저 정보, 접속 시간 등)가 수집·보관될 수 있습니다.
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
콘텐츠 다운로드를 위한 확인 시점에만 Google / YouTube API를 통해 정보를 조회하며, 조회된 정보는 별도로 저장하지 않습니다. 다만, 법령에 따라 다음 기록은 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년
- 대금 결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년
- 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁 처리에 관한 기록: 3년
보관 기간 경과 또는 처리 목적 달성 시 관련 법령에 따라 안전하게 파기합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
사전 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 예외:

- Verify subscription to allow free downloads of sheet music and related content
- Authenticate the user and confirm eligibility to use the Service
Method of collection
- When the user clicks “Sign in with Google / YouTube” (or similar) and grants permission on the Google consent screen, we access only the minimum required information via Google / YouTube API Services.
Storage
- We do not store Google ID authentication data or YouTube subscription information on our server; it is used only temporarily to verify eligibility for downloads.
- Server logs (IP address, browser type, access time, etc.) may be collected and retained as allowed by law for security, service operation, and record-keeping.
3. Retention Period
Information is accessed only at the time of verification and not stored on our server. Certain records may be retained as required by law (e.g., transaction records, consumer complaints). After the retention period or once the purpose is achieved, data is deleted or destroyed securely.
4. Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent, except when required by law or when data is anonymized/aggregated. We do not currently entrust personal information to external processors; if this changes, we will notify users and obtain consent.
